I agree with 'WHILEYOUWERESHITTING', randomly adjust your belt buckle, play around with coins in your pocket or fake grab toilet paper/wipe your..., all those sound effects put your client at ease specially if the toilet is dead quiet and they are not concentrating on their phone or something

Get a bookbag with see through pokets and record using the back camera. You might need to fill that bookbag up so you can move it easier around to get a good view.
